How do I replace the ink on my Epson XP-440?

To replace the ink cartridge on the Epson XP-440, follow the instructions below:

1. Lift the scanner unit up to expose the ink cartridge tray underneath.
2. Gently squeeze the tabs of the cartridge you want to replace and lift to remove it.
3. Remove the new cartridge, gently shake it a few times, then open the package. Be sure to shake it well before removing it from the package or the ink will get on you.
4. Do not touch the chip after it has been unpacked. This may cause communication errors between the cartridge and the printer.
5. Remove the yellow tape on the side of the new cartridge. Do not remove anything else.
6. Slide the new cartridge back into the empty slot. Make sure it is oriented the same way as the other cartridges. Gently push down until you hear or feel a soft click.
7. Lower the scanner unit. You should hear the print head move inside. Wait a few minutes for the printer to recognize the cartridge and prepare to print.
