Account

To modify any information, login is required. After logging in, either click on "My Account" or click here to access and change your information.
To initiate a password reset, click here and then select the "Forgot Password?" link located above the blue "Login" button. Enter the email address linked to your account and click "SUBMIT" to receive an email containing the password reset link.
There are various possible reasons for this issue. Firstly, ensure that you are entering the correct email and password. If you've forgotten your password, you can use the reset password link to update it. Secondly, it's probable that you don't have an account with us, as we allow guest checkout on our website. You can confirm if you have an account using the reset password link. Lastly, if you didn't activate your account during registration, that could be the cause of the problem. To update your new address, kindly reach out to us via email at support@linfordoffice.com. Please note that once your order has been shipped out, changes to the address cannot be accommodated.
To cancel or modify your order, please get in touch with a member of our team. You can send an email to support@linfordoffice.com. Do note that we can only cancel or modify orders that have not yet been shipped. If your order has already been shipped, you can return it for a refund upon receipt, excluding the shipping fee.
Your order will be processed within 24 hours, and delivery to the USA mainland can be expected within 3-5 business days.
