Free 30-day return policy

We have a free 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


For your peace of mind, we offer FREE returns for orders placed with Standard Mail (2-10 business days)* and within 30 days of delivery, as based on the carrier’s tracking for returns within the contiguous United States. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the order, please contact us, and a representative will set up a return for a FULL refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Print your label out and use it to ship the order back. All returned items must be sent back in their original packaging.
Once the order is received and processed, the refund will be issued back to the same method of payment. Please allow 2-5 business days from receipt of package.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like artificially damaged goods. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Orders within 365 days of order placement
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

All shipping costs related to the placement of the order are non-refundable after 30 days of carrier delivery. Even if your order is past the 30-day free returns, we can still help, as long as it is within the first 365 days from order placement. Please see below for details.

If your cartridges are defective
If your cartridges are defective, we can set up a return for a refund. Please contact us, and a representative can set it up for you. Please have details ready, such as printer model, cartridge number, and Order ID.

If your cartridges are not defective
If your cartridges are not defective, but you need to return them, we can accept them back if they are unopened and in sellable condition. All returned items must be sent back in their original packaging. We offer two options for non-defective returns:

Store Credit - NO restocking fee
Refund to original payment method - With a 15% Restocking fee
Please note, except in the case of a packing error, the shipping costs of an order are non-refundable, regardless of the items being defective or non-defective. If an entire order is being returned and was placed with Free Shipping, we will deduct $4.99 from the refund. You would be responsible for return shipping and any costs associated with non-defective items.

All returns after 30 days from setting up a return or after 400 days from the original purchase date will either be refused or subjected to a 15% restocking fee.

Any and all products returned without the proper Return Authorization Number (RMA) set up will be refused.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@linfordoffice.com.
